Common Questions for Product Management Courses in New York City

What are some nearby airports?
LaGuardia Airport (LGA)
Kennedy Airport (JFK)
Newark Airport (EWR)
What time does the training begin?
Most courses begin at 8:30 AM and end at 5:30 PM. Upon registration, exact start and end times are provided.
Where should I stay?
There are many nearby hotels. It is recommended to search for a hotel that is near to reduce commute time, or within walking distance, and/or with public transportation nearby.
Should I rent a car?
From both airports, bus service is also available to Grand Central Terminal and some Midtown hotels.
A rental car is not recommended. Driving in traffic is a real challenge, and daily parking can be very expensive. However, if you plan to extend your visit before or after training, consider picking up a rental car at one of the airports, since rentals originating in Manhattan locations will generally be much more expensive than at the airports. Public transportation has excellent coverage and frequent service in Midtown.
Depending on your expected use of bus or subway service, a $20 Metro card allows multiple rides and costs less than an individual ride fare. Metrocards are sold at all subway stations from ATM-like machines.
Another public transit option is taxi. Taxis are plentiful in Manhattan, except for rush hours or bad weather.
If you are an area resident, the training facility is a long walk or a short bus or subway ride from the Port Authority Bus Terminal, Penn Station, and Grand Central Terminal.
Are meals included?
Not unless otherwise noted. There will be a break for lunch around noon and two 15-minute breaks: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. You can walk to any local deli and restaurant.
What do I need to bring to the course?
You do not need to bring anything to the course and no preparation is required. You will be supplied with the course books and handouts. You are welcome to take notes on the material directly or you may bring your electronic devices to take notes, though we do encourage you to disconnect during the training.
What is the cancellation policy?
